Dave Cockayne (DC)

Backed by a career learning alongside a who's who of Advertising, Dave is passionate about the creative industry, and implementing the connection of disciplines within it. Creatively driven, and commercially focussed, he is inherently focussed on delivering the finest product for the task.

Recent consultancy positions have proved that the traditional / integrated agency landscape is simply unable (or unwilling) to provide perfect solutions for clients.

Providing his knowledge, ideas, experience, uncompromising drive and project stewardship direct to brave brands was the obvious next step.

Fundamentally opposed to complications in process, Dave is able to lead Parliament teams to great work without any of the layers and hierarchy that stands in the way.

David is a natural team player, thriving on collective success. That spirit led him to open OWL Inc in 2013 to provide a truly consultative recruitment business that provides partnership to agencies, production companies and in-house brand marketing teams.

Building from the ground up, David has grown OWL around team principles while learning on his prior extensive agency experience. Having delivered projects, managed teams and resourced agencies in London and New York, OWL is positioned to deliver talent with pin-sharp accuracy.

With Parliament, David is able to deliver the perfect talent into the very heart of each marketing challenge. With meticulous casting and empowering process, he gets the right people in the right place to give Clients the competitive edge.
